Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases of physical products and services made through Whales Spectrum Arts Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

By completing a purchase or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund and Return Policy.

1. Physical Products

a. Refund Eligibility

Physical products are eligible for a refund or replacement only in the event of:

* Damage during shipment, or

* An error by the Company (incorrect item shipped).

All other physical product sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

b. Notification Requirement

You must notify us of any damaged or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery with photos. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the refund or replacement request.

c. Resolution

Upon verification, we may, at our discretion:

* Issue a replacement,

* Issue a refund to the original payment method, or

* Provide another reasonable resolution permitted by law.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Services

a. Service Delivery

Services are deemed delivered once the service has been fully performed or access to the service has been provided as agreed.

b. No Refunds After Delivery

All services are non-refundable once delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling of services, if permitted, are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of booking or engagement. No refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing or transaction dispute before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Excessive, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and may be reported to payment processors where permitted by law.
